Welcome to Simply Stated Creative.  We provide our services to you subject to the following notices, polices, terms and conditions.  In addition, when you use our service, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions alphabetically listed below.

Business Hours
While our online studio is never closed, we typically only process proofs, print orders and reply to emails during the following times:
 
Studio Hours:  M-F, 10:00am-6:00pm EST
 
Special Shop Announcements will be communicated on our Homepage.
 
Please allow 24 hours for a reply on general inquiries.
 
All inquiries for processed orders will be replied to on the same business day or the following business day, depending if the email comes in after our studio hours.
 
Cancellation Policy
For personalized orders, you may cancel your order at any time before the Proofing process, at no charge.  However, there can be no cancellations, for any reason, after you approve your proof and print production commences.
 
Colors
The color settings and brightness of your monitor may not match the calibrations of our printer or monitors. We cannot be responsible for differences in color or brightness that may appear between the Proof viewed on your monitor and the printed cards.  Due to the differences between the web environment that you are viewing designs and the printing environment cards are produced in, color variations are inevitable.

Unless otherwise indicated, all content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, is the property of Simply Stated Creative or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. copyright laws.   The collection, arrangement and assembly of this site content is the property of Simply Stated Creative and protected by U.S. copyright laws.  The content on this site may be used as a shopping and service resource.  Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, display or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.
 
Correspondence
We are an online company and do not have a retail shop; therefore, all correspondence is communicated via email or phone.  If you have a question regarding an order that has already been placed, please send an email to [email protected]; and we will reply promptly.
 
Image Ownership + Policy
Much of the quality of your card design will depend on the quality of the images you supply.  Please visit our Photo Info + Tips page to learn how to provide the best quality images.  We are experienced at retouching and improving image problems, but there are limits to what can be done.  If your image has quality issues, we will notify you; and we are not responsible for the quality of the image printing, if you decide to use that image.

By sending your image(s) to us, you are stating that you legally own the Copyright to the image(s). If you are using an image taken by a Professional Photographer or Studio, you must supply us with a Copyright Release to print the image.
 
Customized Design Orders + Proofing Policy
Within 48 hours after we receive your order, a Digital Proof of your Design will be emailed to you for approval.  Request as many changes as you like - we'll continue to send you revised Proofs until you are 100% happy with the Design.  We do not limit the number of Proofs you may receive and will continue to make changes to your card, until you tell us to go to print.

Announcements and other Customizable Cards are personalized just for you. Simply request your preferences when ordering or during the Proofing process.  All revisions must be requested prior to printing.  Once you give the approval to go to print, changes may no longer be made on that order.

If you are ordering both Birth Announcements and Thank You Cards (or any other 2 styles of cards) as a coordinating set, we recommend choosing the same Cardstock for all sets of cards. The exact same colors will print differently on different cardstocks due to the nature of printing and the differences in the paper medium.

We are not responsible for customer errors in information (i.e., customer providing the wrong date or mispelling a name, etc.).  If you find that you supplied the wrong information and didn't catch it during the Proofing process, please contact us right away. We'd be glad to fix the error and reprint your order at a special rate.
 
Privacy Policy
All information is kept confidential and will never be given or sold to a third party.
 
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Card Design and will work together to achieve that goal.  If you feel an error was made on our part or unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.  If an error was made on our part, we will make every effort to provide a replacement set for you as quick as possible.  However, please note that all personalized products are customized specifically for you; therefore, it is non-returnable and non-refundable. 
 
We reserve the right to refuse any returns/refunds that do not meet the terms outlined on this page.   Due to the nature of our business, refused or returned orders are subject to a 15% service fee and shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
Security + Payments
All payments are processed through a secure server by Paypal.  Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). 
 
Please note:  You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay. 
 
Shipping
Flat-rate USPS Priority shipping cost of $6.00 for all US orders.  All US orders over $100.00 will receive automatic Free Shipping.

We currently ship to United States only. International orders will not be charged or processed.

Unless otherwise noted, the Simply Stated Creative name, logo and/or website are preprinted on the back of our products.
