1. Browse through our collection of Card and/or Business Creative Designs to find the perfect one for your occasion. Or contact us at hello@simplystatedcreative.com to discuss a Custom Design.
2. Place your order by completing the Options form (which includes a section for uploading images for Photo Card orders) and add your chosen design to your shopping bag. When ready, proceed to checkout. Feel free to request any changes or customization to your Design. Please take a moment to read our Photo Info & Tips to help you achieve the best possible quality in your images.
3. Your first digital proof of your Card and/or Business Creative Design will be supplied to you within 2 business days (most likely less), unless otherwise noted. Please refer to the top of our Homepage for any changes in our Proofing Schedule.
4. After reviewing, request any further changes via email. We'll supply you with a revised Proof to review. We have no limit to the number of revised proofs, as we want you to be 100% happy with your Design.

5. Once you approve your Card Design, we will format your design for print and it will proceed to our professional print department. On average, printing takes 3-4 business days, but does increase around the Holidays. We will let you know if we expect a longer Printing window.
Please note: The color settings and brightness of your monitor may not match the callibrations of our Printer or our monitors. We cannot be responsible for differences in color or brightness that may appear between the Proof viewed on your monitor, and the printed cards. Callibrations vary from Printer to Printer as well, so the color and brightness of your image may not be the same as previous prints you've received of the image, from other Printers.
If you are ordering both Birth Announcements and Thank You Cards (or any other 2 styles of cards) as a coordinating set, we recommend choosing the same Cardstock for all sets of cards. The exact same colors will print differently on different cardstocks and photo papers.
6. Upon print completion, we will package your order in an Archival Grade Crystal Clear Photo Box and will promptly ship it via USPS Priority Mail (unless additional item(s) completion is still pending).
